THE FOLLOWING POLICIES IS POSTED AT THE SHOP AND ON ALL ESTIMATES, QUOTES, REPAIR ORDERS, AND INVOICES.

Authorization & Liability Release
I authorize the repair work listed to be completed with necessary materials. Karraker Mechanical Solutions is not responsible for loss or damage to the vehicle or its contents due to fire, theft, or other causes beyond its control. I grant permission for the vehicle to be operated for testing and inspection. An express garagekeeper’s lien is acknowledged on the vehicle to secure repair costs.

Warranty & Parts Policy
-Parts warranties are provided by the manufacturer.
-All installed parts are new unless otherwise stated.
-Warranty: 12 months/12,000 miles (whichever comes first).
-Customer-supplied or used parts are not accepted.
-Diagnostic charges are non-refundable if no repairs are made.
-Warranty is void if we are not contacted before any repairs are performed.
-Alignments carry a 30-day warranty.

Company Policies
-Estimates are valid for 7 days.
-Card processing fees: 4% (in-person), 5% (payment link). No phone payments.
-Fees waived for cash, local check, Venmo, or Zelle. Checks must clear before vehicle release.
-Repairs over $1,000 may require a deposit before work begins.

Storage Fees
Vehicles left 48+ hours after a quote without approval/denial:
-Cars & trucks: $75/day
-Motorhomes & trailers: $100/day
Vehicles left 48+ hours after repair completion:
-Cars & trucks: $75/day
-Motorhomes & trailers: $100/day

No Refund & No Chargeback Policy
By making a purchase, you agree to the following:
1. All Sales Are Final – No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations after payment.
2. No Chargebacks or Disputes – Disputes must be handled directly with Karraker Mechanical Solutions.
3. Chargeback Fees – Unauthorized chargebacks ruled in our favor will result in liability for associated fees and legal costs.
4. Fraudulent Claims – Any illegitimate charge dispute is considered theft and may result in legal action and service bans.
